Monday: Bingo, 11 am-noon. Open to all members.  

Tuesday: Sit n Fit, 11 am-noon. Classes are free.  

Tuesday & Thursday: Yoga by Mary, 9:15-10:15 am. $15 per class  

Wednesday: 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month Alzheimer's caregiver support group 10am-11am. 

Thursday: Senior Hot Lunches, noon to 1 pm. Call (619) 478-2384 to reserve your meal by Tuesday of that week.  

Tennis anyone? - Free use by members, first come first served
